"English Plus Food Trip featuring Hotdog-an :))"

comment/sI thought English Class will be boring all the time because of the boring professor with her low-low-voice that you cannot hear if you`re sitting at the back, and having these irritating students of mine was like hell. But I was wrong. My classmates now are really loquacious. After the three days class last week, we were like certainly friends before. Even our professor is discussing, they keep on chatting with one another. For now, I can say that our environment for that room was like high school days. (Thank God, Ces attended the class today. Now I know the names of my other classmates) Ces was my very close classmate among them. We were even classmates at our Computer Plus that`s why we have the most time to talk to each other.
These are what we did at the English Class.
(Actually, we are more on verbally than writing.)
MOMENTS OF INDIVIDUALS
(Conversation Partners)
Move around to find a new partner; sit comfortably with him or her. Introduce yourself and ask your partner`s name; then ask the following questions:
* Do you ask questions in class? Why? Why not?
* Are you upset whenever you commit mistakes when you speak in English? Why? Why not?
Your partner may ask you the same questions.
My partner asked my name. Then I said I`m MAE and he`s PAOLO. He asked my Friendster and Yahoo Messenger account. HAHA. What was the connection of that with our topic? :D :D :D (I`m finally laughing inside.) Subsequently, our conversation continued with the out-of-the-world questions and answers. After a 10-minute conversation, my professor asked us with the topics that we have been discussed with our partners. I`m worried if she will call me or my partner`s name because of the out-of-the-world topics that we`ve been tackled. Thank God, Rafael was called. And the funny thing with this, they have also the out-of-the-world topic :)) Their topic was about computer games =)) OH MY. :))
Then we have the Listening Text 1, Group Discussion about “It is OK to make mistakes”, “Characteristics of a good student”, “Asking the teacher questions is better done during class time/ after class”, “Assertive Student vs. Quiet Student”, “The art of questioning”, and “The value of understanding individual differences”. Listening Text 2, Grammar Focus (Sentence fragments), Story Train.
Yey. A 30-minute break. I`m with Ces, Hayleen, Camille, Elaine, Angel, Jocel, Arlo, and other boys that I have forgotten the name :D peace. But Angel and Ces were my two classmates that I go along with. Halos half ng classmates ko yung kasama ko kanina. :D And to tell you, we were only 6 girls in the class out of 30 I guess. Opposite of my classmates when I was in high school.
Back to the room, I sit beside Ces. (Buti na lang hindi napansin ng prof namin na lumipat kami ng upuan ni Ces :D next week pa kasi yung walang sitting arrangement, yung pwede na kami umupo sa mga gusto naming katabi.) My Professor discussed the Grammar Focus. And then she changed the topic about the tickets of NCAA and UAAP that is available to our bookstore near the RCBC. (I have now my RCBC, para kapag bibili ng books, withdraw na lang sa loob ng school, safe na safe yung money, hindi mawawala saka diretso bili na ng kailangan, hindi mauubos sa shopping :)) haha.) She also says to us that MAPUANS ARE LOW PROFILE -- low profile in a way that we are smart enough to know where we are going to place ourselves. Unlike the Letran students who are kinda haughty. We also have these stageplays. (tickets are also available at bookstore) stageplays wherein our co-mapuans are the one who are the actresses and actors of the play. The try outs in line with the sports will be starting at June 27 and upcoming freshmen are included to join the try outs even their program “who’s the next MAPUAN IDOL.” :D (I saw kuya Maron and The Kring near the SB1 :D HAHA. *share.)
For the Story Train, we are grouped into 3 groups. We are about to do a script for the picture that was assigned to us. The picture that you can see at the right corner was the picture that assigned to us. One of my groupmates said that “HOTDOGAN was the good title for out script” and everybody laughed off. How come a circle picture be a hotdog thing =)) Nakakatawa talaga :D :D :D BTW, I think our title for our script will be ENGLISH PLUS FOOD TRIP. The script will be playing this coming Thursday. I’ll post here what we have done on that day.
I have a break with one-and-a-half hour before the computer plus starts. Ces and I went to 7eleven near at Mapua. We ate out lunch there and played a i-think-that`s-a-crossword-puzzle until the clock hits 12:00. No professor inside the computer room so we decided to go at the gym and saw our other classmates there. After 15 minutes, we went at the SB1 computer room give our attendance to the person who sits in front. Dahil wala pang professor, nagtry akong magfriendster. Unluckily, it was banned by the school so I just updated my plurk and read the new post of Jhie. 2 hours past wala pa ding prof, we decided to have a cutting classes tutal nacheck na yung attendance. Pero sabi ko kay Ces, itanong mo muna kung anong ginagawa nila. Ayun, they finishing our activity last week. The Excel- An affective Spreadsheet. So, gaya na lang kami, until the clock hits 4:00pm, hindi pa din kami tapos :( ang hirap ng mathematical equations sa excel kung hindi mo ito kabisado. :( Our topics were Working Equation, Cramer`s Rule, Matrix Inverse, Graph, Conversion. KALOKA.
I hope I can get the #+YM+FS+FB of the
handsome boy “RON” in our English Class. Bye.

"You are the heartthrob in my English Plus Class :D"

comment/sI only have my English class today. Yey. I`ll be at home early. I`m late, I came at the school 8:00am while my class was started at 7:30am sharp. I`m not worried with it because my professors said that, you come early or late it`s ok. :D `Kay. When I entered the room, they all have their groupmates. So this is the risk, I came late. I’m shy to ask where group should I belong. Hence, I stayed at my desk. And this handsome guy entered the classroom. After he talked to my professor, he sits beside me and asked what we are going to do. We have the Speaking Practice, the critical vowel sounds. And we have a 15-minute break. The girl I thought who was kinda kikay and maarte, eh, ganun pala talaga siya. So `kay. She`s kind naman and eager to study well. So okay na din siya maging friend. :)
WOOOH. Sometimes, things flew better. :D :D :D Despite the fact that I hate my subject and my classmates, he made my day blissful. He`s handsome, kind and gentleman :”> OH my. :D :D:D

"FAST DISCUSSION OF THE PROF + QUIET STUDENTS = DULL CLASS."

comment/sI thought we have the suspension of classes. But I was wrong =)) So I haven`t attended the English Class for today. `Okay. We`re now at the Microsoft Excel topic. (Microsoft Word was a `lil boring, that was our topic last time) The class was so dull. They were really quiet. They don`t even ask some questions. I knew that they don`t understand the lesson because of the fast discussion of the professor. OH my. :( I really hate my Computer Plus. WALA AKONG MASYADONG MATUTUNAN amp. Pero ngayon. Medyo madami kasi wala akong masyadong alam sa excel so alam ko na yung mga shortcut keys dito. Now I know, we can check the answers of our Cramer`s Rule and Matrix assignments x( Sayang ngayon ko lang nalaman :( HAHAHA.

"I`m a Filipino not a Chinese, for your information :))"

comment/sOh my God :( I`m on my way to college. I remember the tips and advices that Jhie told me when I`m on my way to Mapua. I felt so nervous when I`m walking at the stairs, going to the next floor. The time that my eyes catches where my room is, I said to myself “My new classmates where ALL boys.” – trying to emphasize the word ALL – I`m about to leave the University that time. I thought it was only me who will be their “girl” classmate. But I was wrong. When the guard opened the door of the room, I finally saw some girls entering the room. I remember they were three. I thought, again, the other girls standing next to the room will be my classmate. At least I can breathe barely enough and my knees just got stop shaking. But I was wrong, AGAIN. They didn`t enter the room. :( I sit beside this girl, assuming that I can talk to her. But when she tried and tried to make face with me, then a snob stare, I felt that this girl may be a kind of kikay, suplada, maarte. Hmp. I don`t care to the people whose they think to their self were above the level. Hell no. We are all freshmen that enter the room, and if the first impression of the new people around you was not good enough to make themselves be friendly with you, it may be or will be the impression to you every time they have the chance to see your face.
My professor has entered the classroom. Her name was Angeline Hernandez. A nearly senior citizen look :D :D :D She was kind and very approachable prof. Siya na nagsabi na hindi sa terror professor dahil alam niya yung feeling kung paano matakot ang mga estudyante sa isang terror prof, naging estudyante naman daw kasi siya. Tama nga naman siya :D :D :D And then she arranged our seats alphabetically. Surname that starts with letter A will be sitting at the back, so parang pabaliktad yung arrangement niya. Tapos nung nandun na kami sa part na Introduce yourself in front of the class. Hindi ako kinabahan. Akala ko kasi magsisimula sa harap. Pero nung sinabi niya na alphabetically, OMG, sobrang kinabahan talaga ko.
Tapos etong seatmate ko binigyan ako ng bagong experience sa buhay ko =))

Ako: *smile* Filipino ako noh. (Laughing off inside :)) HAHA.)
And where the heck this classmate of mine came from. Grabe ang daldal niya sobra. I`m expecting to have a loquacious GIRL classmate but not a boy x( GRRR... And I`m so helpless because he`s my classmate too at my Computer Plus subject. OH my :( Buti na lang may nameet akong bago, her name was Khae. Bali siya yung seatmate ko for the rest of the Computer Plus time.
My first day was a little bit depressing. Because. . . I don`t know what to say :(
